Just thought we would post a picture of all the veggies we have been picking from Mom and Dad's garden while they are away. But what in the world are we going to do with all of these cucumbers?
Get Havarti cheese and slice up those cucumbers and make a cucumber & cheese sandwich. You can add tomatoes, too, but I'm not a big tomato fan. If you really want to ruin the sandwich, you can put turkey on it . . . I suppose. It's much better with just plain old cucumbers and cheese, though! A yummy red grape juice makes it REALLY good.

Looks delicious! Our garden is looking good but we don't have anything to harvest yet. Enjoy the veggies while they're so yummy and fresh!
